Everything you need to know about ordering from outside the EU....
We are based in ITALY in the European Union which is also where we ship from.
We ship to countries outside the EU every day, so as long as you know what to expect, there shouldn't be any issues or surprises- we therefore recommend you read this page.
TAXES & DUTIES - Your order may be subject to import duties and / or tax - we recommend you understand your country's regulations so you know what to expect
REFUSING DELIVERY - We are here to help, so if you see anything you are unsure about, please contact us. Please remember that if you decide to refuse delivery of your shipment, this will incur significant charges for us to receive the goods back, and we will unfortunately have to deduct these charges from any refund we make to you.
RETURNS - Returns from outside the EU are of course no problem, but the return shipping is not free. Please see here for further details
Here's some more specific information for countries outside the EU that we ship to:
UNITED KINGDOM
VAT
- If your order value is less than £135, you will pay VAT to us at checkout
- If your order is more than £135, VAT will be removed at our checkout, and you will be asked by the courier company (usually DHL or Fedex) to pay this before delivery. They will contact you by SMS or Email.
IMPORT DUTIES
- The items we ship to you do not incur import duties due to their EU origin. In rare occasions, couriers can get this wrong, and they make ask you for import duties - this can be quite easily resolved by contacting them.

USA
- If your order value is less than US $800, you will not pay any tax or duties and VAT tax will be removed from your order at our checkout
- If your order value is more than US $800, it will be subject to import duty taxes prior to delivery.
