Returns


We offer returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. The items returned must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags.  While most items are eligible for return, Sale items are never eligible for return or exchanges.  Please note: refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable)

 We issue two forms of refunds:

  • A store credit
  • A refund to the original form of payment

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?

If you just want to change the size with the same item, we'll just do a straight swap.  Follow the returns process here, and as soon as we receive it, we'll send out the new one FREE of charge.

Please note that your item must be returned within 30 days of its delivery date.

I RECEIVED AN ITEM AS A GIFT, CAN I RETURN IT?

We can process a return for gifts, however the refund will be made to the credit card that was used for the original purchase.  In order to return a gift, simply follow the returns process here.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we've received the product(s) you'd like to return, we inspect your return and then refund you. We usually process your refund the same day we receive your returned item. It then takes between 3-5 working days for the refund to arrive in your account. 

MY ITEM WAS DELIVERED TO ME DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?

Any damages upon delivery must be reported within three (3) days from date of order received. Contact us at +39 345 455 2968 or by emailing us at info@thereviveclub.com 

Please be sure to provide detailed photos of the damage(s).
