Whilst it's true you often hear us say how much we like an item in the store - this is for sure one of favourites of all time. The Westerns have a way of capturing the imagination of men - and this jacket delivers this abundantly.
The jacket is inspired by a wool jacket worn by the actor James Coburn in the 1973 film 'Pat Garrett and Billy The Kid'. Coburn plays 'Pat Garrett', who is tasked with tracking down his former friend, the outlaw Billy the Kid. Interestingly, the music score for this film was written by Bob Dylan, for which he wrote "Knockin on Heaven's Door'.
Pat Garrett in real life, was a lawman (as well as part-time bartender), known for being the man who killed Billy The Kid.
The jacket is made from pure baby lambswool, and made using a jacquard pattern in four different colours. Very soft hand, and just a very, very cool jacket. The fringe on the collar is made completely by hand, and the buttons are antique brass.
