Garment measured flat, by us. Chest: armpit to armpit.

Jonathan the store owner is 182cm (6'), chest 105cm (41") and around 75kg and he takes a size 50 in this cardigan. It's a tailored fit but a good one.

As stunning variation on McGeorge's classic shawl cardigan. Made from a 3 gauge and 2/13 Ply Shetland wool from New Zealand Shetland, giving the jacket an incredible looking texture, great warmth and still extremely comfortable to wear.

This is also lighter-weight than the traditional McGeorge Cardigans. The length is a little shorter, overall giving this a slightly more modern look but still with the refined details that we love McGeorge for. The overall weight comes in at around 730gm, compared to 1kg on the classic Shawl Cardigan.

FIT NOTES

When new, the brushed Shetland cardigan is a little shorter than the other McGeorge Cardigans. Note that after a few days of wearing, the fibres relax a little, and the cardigan length will become slightly longer - about 2-3cm. With this extra length it effectively becomes the same as the other McGeorge models.

We ship from Italy, and the flat rate cost to the US is €28 - that's around $30.

It will take between 6-9 days to get to you and we use Fedex most of the time.

Occasionally an item doesn't work out and needs to be returned - we don't offer free return shipping from the US, however we hear from our customers that sending with USPS is the by far the best option for price, speedy delivery and fast clearance through customs.
