How to measure
Garment measured flat, by us. Chest: armpit to armpit.
The sleeve length measurement here is taking from the back of the neck, just underneath the collar - then down to the cuff. This is a more reliable way to measure the sleeve length as different garments have shoulder seams in different places.

Shipping
We ship to the US every day so it's important for us to make ordering with us as easy as possible.
We ship from Italy, and the flat rate cost to the US is €28 - that's around $30.
It will take between 6-9 days to get to you and we use Fedex most of the time.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of your order shipping to return an item.
Occasionally an item doesn't work out and needs to be returned - we don't offer free return shipping from the US, however we hear from our customers that sending with USPS is the by far the best option for price, speedy delivery and fast clearance through customs.
If you need to exchange an item, we'll send the exchange back to you for free.
