Garment measured flat, by us. Chest: armpit to armpit.

This fits a little small but not enough to size up in our opinion. Jonathan the store owner is 182cm (6'), chest 104cm (41") and 74kg and he takes a Medium in this top - this gives him a good fit. He usually wears a Medium in most other brands.
