We ship from Italy. Our displayed prices include VAT, but your order value determines who collects it:
£135 or less: VAT is included in your checkout payment.
Over £135: VAT is removed at checkout. You must then pay import VAT separately to FedEx, along with a customs handling fee. FedEx may send this bill after delivery.
VAT removed at checkout is not a discount—it is collected separately by FedEx.
Shipping costs €14 and usually takes 4–7 working days. Return shipping is not free; please see our returns policy.
REFUSING DELIVERY
If you’re unsure about a FedEx charge, please contact us before refusing delivery so we can help clarify it. Refusing a parcel can incur return costs, which may be deducted from your refund.
We've been selling Freenote stuff almost since the very beginning of The Revive Club - and it's no secret that it's the favourite brand of Jonathan the store owner. We wanted to start introducing their denim collection into our store, and we always new the perfect place to start would be the 'Portola' jean.
If you're not familiar with Freenote's different cuts, you can see them all here on their site. The Portola is, in our opinion, the perfect 'regular' jean - a regular leg going into a slight taper with a 19cm leg opening. Just a really comfortable jean that the majority of people will love.
