WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Everything that is available to purchase on our site is in stock in our inventory. If an item is out of stock, you will see a message telling you and giving you the option to be notified when it is restocked. Orders are processed the same day they are received, and usually shipped out the same day depending upon the time of day we receive your order. Once your order is shipped you’ll receive tracking information via email.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
- For deliveries within Italy usually 1-2 days
- For deliveries within Europe usually 2-3 days
- For deliveries outside of Europe usually 6-10 days
WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
Most of the time we ship merchandise via DHL.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs are calculated based upon the delivery location, weight of the shipment, and the price of the entire order.
We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the European Union.
WHERE ELSE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Pretty much everywhere - but if you’re not sure and want to ask us, just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or chat with us via the blue button on the website.
Shipping costs for orders outside of the Europe vary depending on the destination. The shipping costs for international orders are calculated on the checkout page.
International customers are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping. Customs, duties, and taxes can vary, so please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking information.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. The items returned must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags. While most items are eligible for return, Sale items are never eligible for return or exchanges. Please note: refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable)
We issue two forms of refunds:
- A store credit
- A refund to the original form of payment

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?
We don’t offer the chance to do a straight swap - but if your purchase is eligible to be returned, we’ll refund your money - and you can make a new purchase for the item you want.
Step #1 – buy the new item to secure the inventory
Step #2 – return original item as detailed above
Please note that your item must be returned within 30 days of its delivery date.
I RECEIVED AN ITEM AS A GIFT, CAN I RETURN IT?
We can process a return for gifts, however the refund will be made to the credit card that was used for the original purchase. In order to return a gift, simply follow the steps detailed above.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we've received the product(s) you'd like to return, we inspect your return and then refund you. We strive to process and refund your return within 3-7 days. Considering return shipping and processing time, the whole return process can take up to 2 weeks in total.
After the return has been approved, credit card refunds can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to process.
Refunds made via Store Credits are issued immediately following the approval of your return.
We will notify you via email when your return has been processed and the refund selection of your choice has been issued.
MY ITEM WAS DELIVERED TO ME DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
