P41 Joe Jacket in Faded Black

The P41 jacket was originally a military jacket used for daily duties by the USMC in the early forties.  It has a chore coat feel to it, and Chesapeake have done a great job of updating this classic piece into a very wearable jacket for the warmer months.

100% Cotton

Brexit made things slightly less simple - but in reality very little has changed.  HMRC always get their slice of VAT, you will not be charged Import Duties, and there's just a small customs handling charge of around £13 to pay the courier.

SHIPPING

Shipping to the UK costs €20 and usually takes between four to seven working days.

RETURNS

Return shipping is not free - you can read in more detail about the return process here.

VAT

• VAT is always paid.  You'll see our prices on the site in £ Sterling with VAT included - but when you get to checkout, depending upon the order value, VAT will either be taken off, or kept on.  Take care to notice at checkout what the tax amount is if you're not sure
• Orders under £135 and you'll pay VAT to us on - over this threshold and once you get to checkout, VAT is removed, and the courier company will ask you for payment prior to delivery.  
  
• The courier will also ask for payment of a customs handling charge which is usually around £13

IMPORT DUTIES

• There are NO IMPORT DUTIES.  Items are marked as of Italian Origin, and are EXEMPT from Import Duties
  

RETURNS & VAT REFUNDS

If you need to return your order to us, we partner with a company that can handle your request to get a refund on the VAT you paid.  They take a small commission, but so far our UK customers are very satisfied with this service.  We have a special online portal that you can use, and once you receive your refund from us, they'll do the work for you.
