Returns with us are super simple - below we have an FAQ that should answer all your questions. 

In few words - returns are free in the EU for Non Sale items - you have thirty days to return an item in the same un-used state, and if you fold your returned items nicely, we'll carve a marble statue of you and dance around it naked every Wednesday

Q. Are returns free?
A. For EU customers yes returns are free for Non Sale items.  
Sale items must be shipped at your own expense - however to make things easy for you, you can purchase a return shipping label from us here.

Q. How do I make a return in the EU?
A. If you find you need to return an item, just complete our online return form here.  You will receive instructions on how to ship the item, along with a free shipping label.
If your return is for a Sale item, you will receive instructions on how to ship it back to us.

Q. How long does the return process take?
A.  Once your item arrives with us, you will receive an email notification to show that it has arrived.  We will usually process your refund in the next seven days from arrival.  If you requested an exchange, this will be shipped out to you free of charge.

Q.  How do I exchange an item?
A.  If you want to exchange for the same item but a different size, you will have the option to request this when you complete the return form.  If you would like to exchange for a different item, we will issue you with a store credit, and you will need to make a new order.
