WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer returns within 20 days from the date your order was delivered. The items returned must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags.
While most items are eligible for return, Sale items are never eligible for return or exchanges.
Footwear eligible for return must be returned exactly the way it was shipped to you: with the shoes in their original, undamaged shoe box. If we sent your shoe box within a larger box, please send the shoe box inside of that larger box to preserve the shoe box. Any returns that do not include the original undamaged shoebox will not be accepted.
Underwear and all Grooming products are Final Sale and are never returnable or exchangeable due to cleanliness considerations (AKA you probably wouldn’t want to buy someone else’s underwear).
Food, drink, and other edible items are also never returnable due to health risks.
We issue two forms of refunds:
a) A store credit
b) A refund to the original form of payment
Please note: refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable)
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

We’ll then get back to you straight away with instructions on how to send it back to us.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
For EU customers returns are free provided the products are NOT in either the Sale section, or our Revived (pre-worn) collection. Customers in the UK, Non-EU Countries and the rest of the world can return their order, but at their own expense.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?
Yes sure. If it's a straight swap for a different size just send it back and we'll make the change and send you the new size. If you'd like to exchange for a different item, we will refund your first purchase, and ask you to make a new purchase for the new item.
Step #1 – buy the new item to secure the inventory
Step #2 – return original item using the return portal detailed above
Please note that your item must be returned within 30 days of its delivery date.
I RECEIVED AN ITEM AS A GIFT, CAN I RETURN IT?
Yes! Our standard return policy (see above) applies to all gift orders — see above for information on how to return an item to us.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we've received the product(s) you'd like to return, we inspect your return and then refund you. We strive to process and refund your return within 4-7 days. Considering return shipping and processing time, the whole return process can take up to 2 weeks in total.
After the return has been approved, credit card refunds can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to process.
Refunds to The Revive Club Store Credit are issued immediately following the approval of your return.
We will notify you via email when your return has been processed and the refund selection of your choice has been issued.

MY ITEM WAS DELIVERED TO ME DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
